Last summer a lovely guy called Rowan Crew came to our open day. He asked if we ever had painters visit our plot, and asked if he could visit with his easel. Little did we know that he’s a quite brilliant artist. We enjoyed watching his oil painting come to life during the autumn evenings then, the next thing we know, his painting is centre stage at the Mall Galleries in London. And he won the The Artist magazine’s prize too!! Well done Rowan. Enjoy the pic of it here… although it looks much better in real life, of course.
