Whilst dog-sitting Spud the Spaniel the other day, I was brought three hedgehogs, one after the other. After they were dropped at my feet, I scooped them up using a catering tin and a spatula. Bek and I have been really excited this year, about our new spring-water irrigation system. The stream that pops out at the base of the Greensand Ridge, in the middle of Loddington Farm where we grow our flowers, has been tapped to supply the orchards and our flower plot! How cool is that? I’m sure
