Whether you are just starting out or an experienced gardener who wants to improve your cut flower growing, this workshop is for you. With emphasis on jobs to do in summer, this workshop also covers general flower growing throughout the year. Learn how to have a continuous supply of flowers from March to October as we dive into the wonderful qualities of biennials and why they are essential for any cut flower patch. We teach when and how to sow, grow and harvest. Learn how to care for dahlias, from planting and growing, to storing versus overwintering. You will take away a small selection of seeds and plants with which to get started.
